How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are packed and despatched on the same working day if payment has been received by 1PM.

##PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION WITH COVID-19 ALL COURIERS ARE FACING OCCASIONAL DELAYS, WE AIM TO HAVE YOUR ORDERS WITHIN THE TIME LIMIT BELOW HOWEVER DUE TO FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL THIS CANNOT BE GUARANTEED.

UK (Mainland Only)

Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days 

Orders received after 1PM on Saturday will be despatched the following Monday. 

EU (Mainland Europe)

Economy airmail 3-7 days 

Rest of the world

Order will take 3-7 working days, subject to customs clearance.

 

What are your delivery charges?

FREE DELIVERY for all orders over £30

Delivery charges are based on weight of the final order

Shipping Charges - UK

Standard delivery UK charge of £2.99 covers packing and postage to mainland UK addresses if the products ordered are 'small' (less than 2kg).

So for example 2 jars of 460g Honey are below 2kg

1 jar of 850g is below 2kg and 2 jars just above 2kg 

Shipping Charges - Europe

Economy delivery £20 minimum order £25

All delivery charges will be shown at checkout, before and after confirmation of your order. (NB All prices include VAT at current ruling rate.)

Collection

We also offer a collection service from our warehouse in Chadwell Heath RM6, simply place your order online and at checkout select collection.  Once you have confirmed your order further information will be given on how to arrange collection.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide!

Shipping costs will be displayed at the checkout, if the country you're ordering from does not appear, please email us at info@mountainhoneys.com with the items you would like to order, we will then provide you with a manual quotation.

We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take a little longer than our usual delivery times, and will cost a little more, with delays possible if you live in the following postcode areas: AB, BT, DD, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA, PH, PO30 - PO41, TR21 - TR25, ZE. If we believe that the delivery address you've given may not be secure (for example, if it's a communal postal address or PO Box), we may contact you to make alternative arrangements. 

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and sent out for shipping you will recieve an email providing details of courier service and tracking number.

What if I'm not in when you deliver?

Deliveries are usually made on Mondays to Fridays, between 9am and 5.30pm. If the recipient isn't in, our courier will leave a card confirming that they've tried to deliver your parcel. Please call the contact number on the card to either agree a convenient delivery time or arrange collection directly from their depot. After three failed delivery attempts your items will be returned to our warehouse.

What if only part of my order has arrived?

If there are any items missing from the order (as detailed in your order confirmation email), please contact customer services at info@mountainhoneys.com and we will be more than happy to help.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns or Exchanges

You have 14 business days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you’d like to exchange your order for different items, please return your item and place a new order online.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.  If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies
