Order not as expected. No reply from customer service

All honeys have drop down menus for size except for Mountain Honey. Picture showed 800 gram jars so that is what we thought we were getting. What we got was 4 tiny little jars. Wanting to return we tried to contact 3 times by EMail with no reply. Shocking service
