Origins

Located in the Taurus Mountains of Mersin province, Turkey at altitudes of 1200 - 2000m. Cedar trees can live up to 2000 years and have an impressive appearance and fragrance. The Honey is not harvested every year making it a seasonal and rare Honey.

Absolutely Delicious. One of my new favourite honeys.

Although this is raw honey, it stays quite runny at room temperature which is great. And it tastes amazing. You have to try it to understand.

Lovely honey, great taste

Sweet pleasure without the guilt!

My second batch of honey and the first time I’ve tried Plateau Cedar honey. Pine and cedar honey are now my firm favourites. Tastes great on toast, in tea and delicious drizzled on granola and yoghurt. It’s mildly fragrant and rich at the same time. The children have also taken a liking to it, replacing maple and golden syrup for this organic honey. Comes at a reasonable price with fast delivery.
