Origins

Sourced from the Anatolian Highlands at 1500 - 2000m altitude, the plant grows on rocky slopes, resistant to cold and wind. It survives harsh conditions and those same qualities are passed on through it's honey. The Astragalus plant is a distinct purple colour.

Was gifted this honey by this amazing company, and went down a hit. Will definitely buy again. Tasted so organic and fresh. The delivery was quick, and it was well packaged. The packaging of the actual product was amazing, and the glass jars have been saved to use again, due to their durability.
